Clapton Chronicles: The Best of Eric Clapton is een verzamelalbum met zijn hits uit de jaren 80 en 90. Het album werd op 12 oktober 1999 uitgebracht door het label Duck / Reprise Records. Er staan twee nieuwe nummers op de schijf, "Blue Eyes Blue" dat eerder als single werd uitgebracht en "(I) Get Lost" dat Clapton schreef voor de soundtrack van de film The Story of Us.
