Returns
If you want to return the delivered goods you recieved from us, because they're damaged for instance, you'll have to contact us within 14 days either by phone or Live Chat. Once we approve the items you're planning to send back we'll send you a free shippinglabel, so you can return the product.
We ship a new record to you once we've recieved the damaged one from you. Don't ever send something back to the shop before contacting us.
